Who you are buying from

Harbe Works is operated by Harbegold LLC, an Arizona limited liability company in the United States. Questions about an order: help@harbeworks.com.

What you are buying

You buy a licence to download and use digital 3D print files (such as STL and STEP files and a PDF guide), as listed on the product page. Nothing physical is shipped. Hardware, filament, a printer and tools are not included unless the product page says otherwise.

The product page says what we have checked and what we have not, for example whether a design has been printed by us. Your printed result depends on your printer, material and settings, so we can't promise that every print will fit or work the same way ours did.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the files listed on the page. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery

After payment you go straight to a download page. Its links work for 24 hours after checkout, for up to 10 downloads. If you lose the files or the link runs out, email us with the date and the product and we will send a fresh link.

By completing checkout you ask us to make the files available right away. Where your local law gives a cancellation period for digital content, you agree that it ends once the download is available; the refund policy below still applies.

Your licence

The files are for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print, build and modify the design for yourself. You may not share, re-upload, resell or give away the files (changed or unchanged), sell printed parts or assembled items, or use the design in a commercial product. The LICENSE.txt in each download is the full grant for that release; see also the licence page.

Refunds

Because the files can be kept once downloaded, we do not offer refunds just for a change of mind. We do want every file to work, so:

• Broken or not as described: if a file is missing, won't open, is corrupt, or doesn't match the product description, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file, or refund you in full if we can't fix it.
• Bought the same thing twice by mistake: email us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
• Print problems: if a part doesn't print or fit, email us with your printer, material, slicer settings and a photo. We will help, and if the problem is in our files we will fix them or refund you.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Once an order is refunded, its download links stop working. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; it is almost always faster.

Your local consumer law may give you more rights than this policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

Liability

The files are provided as described on the product page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Our products are desk toys, tools and objects, not safety-critical parts; please don't use them where a failure could hurt someone. Some designs contain small parts and are not for children under 14.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you bought applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without taking away any protection that the consumer law of your home country gives you.
